We are now looking for our new Senior Legal Counsel - Product & Regulatory.Reporting directly to our CFO, you will join the Legal team.What you will do:

Management, negotiation and drafting of contracts for all aspects of Lydia’s activity: strategic partnerships agreements, supplier’s agreements ; Ensure that all our products are properly framed from a legal point of view, especially regarding our regulatory obligations (banking & financial law); Provide legal guidance and develop solutions to product development and expansion ; Work closely with all the other stakeholders (product teams, marketing teams, customer care, compliance) in order to become a business partner ; Build processes with other teams (creating templates, providing guidelines, reports etc.) in order to facilitate legal compliance within Lydia ; Manage the relationship with law firms to deliver the best possible advice to the different stakeholders internally.

You are in the right place if:

You have a 3-5Y experience within a financial and regulated environment You have a strong knowledge banking and financial Law ; You adopt a pragmatic approach and act as a true business partner ; You are resourceful, thrives in a fast-paced and metrics-driven environment.
